Why weren’t my encoded videos transfered by FTP?
Please, check if:
- the user has the rights to write in the specified location
- the specified path is correct
- the path doesn’t contain any special characters
- your FTP username and password don’t have the character ”@”. If it’s the case, you must replace it by “%40”
I received the ping after encode without my custom fields. Why?
If, in your request, you added the parameter “ping_url_after_encode”, custom fields are ignored. You must customize the ping URL like this:
http://myhost.com/heywatch/ping/encode?my_custom_field=1234
